Even though price is usually the number one priority on a construction project, almost all educational type projects will be subject to very strict completion deadlines. Building a construction team to meet these schedules requires knowledge and sub-contractor relationships that have been developed from years of experience. Quality education is crucial to the wellbeing and growth of all communities, and Monteith specializes in ensuring that all facilities are built to meet or exceed the standards expected. We understand and respect Owners operational issues where renovation projects introduce our construction teams into functioning facilities, along with the additional safety precautions required. As one of our leading sectors, Monteith bestows a great depth of experience on education projects of all sizes, from small interior renovations to full facility construction.
