The Grande Cache High School Modernization project was awarded to Monteith Building Group in September 2015 and construction is well underway. This five-phase modernization project includes a demolition, renovation , and new addition component in an area inclusive of 61,000 sq. ft. The high school will feature a new gymnasium, atrium, six modular classrooms, and a complete overhaul of existing mechanical and electrical systems. In order to provide the best learning environment possible for students, the connection and set up of six modular classrooms was completed on schedule in January 2016.

New 56,000 square foot, three storey library & learning centre located in the heart of the University campus in North Bay, ON. The design features include poured concrete structure, custom wood trusses, a double storey study hall, a three storey skylight atrium and extensive curtain wall systems to maximize natural light. This facility was constructed to LEED® Silver standards.
Nipissing University Athletic ComplexClient: Nipissing University

This project was a two phase addition to the existing athletic complex on the University campus. Phase II was a two storey, 28,000 square foot addition that is equipped with metabolic testing labs, weight and fitness rooms, offices and classrooms. Phase III is a one storey, 8,000 square foot construction of a squash court and change rooms and renovations to offices.

The new French language Catholic school will serve junior kindergarten to grade 12 students from Mattawa and the surrounding municipalities. This 65,000 square feet new facility houses 18 classrooms, a library, double gymnasium, cafeteria and daycare. The design of the building reflects the modern world with a vision toward the future of youth in the community but also incorporates elements from the rich and diverse history of the Mattawa region.

This 30,000 square foot building is a flagship facility for the Sir Sandford Fleming College. The new School of the Arts features a three storey Great Hall and main entrance with exposed hemlock-crafted trusses that tower over a classic Haliburton stone fireplace. The building houses 3 art studios, 6 classrooms and a library.

This project is the construction of a new elementary school in Northern Ontario and the demolition of the existing facility. The two storey 40,000 square foot building housse a library, music room, cafeteria, double gymnasium, offices for staff, computer and science labs, construction, shop and manufacturing rooms and a total of 16 new classrooms.
